Terms of Service — LeadZap

By installing or using the LeadZap extension, or by subscribing to a Pro plan, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. What LeadZap is

LeadZap is a browser extension (Chrome) that exports contacts, chats and groups from WhatsApp Web to CSV, XLSX, JSON and vCard files. There is a Free plan (free and permanent use, with groups limited to a maximum number of members) and Pro plans (recurring subscription — monthly, quarterly or yearly — that removes this limit and unlocks additional features, including vCard export).

You must be 18 or older, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use LeadZap.

2. Subscription and billing

Pro plans are recurring subscriptions: your payment method is charged automatically every cycle (monthly, quarterly or yearly) until you cancel.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not have access to your card number.
Right of withdrawal under Brazilian consumer law (article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code — CDC): if you are a consumer in Brazil and purchased the Pro plan outside a physical store (that is, online, as is the case here), you have up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the subscription date to withdraw, without having to give a reason. To do so, just send an email to marcos@marcosromualdo.com requesting cancellation within that period, and the amount paid will be refunded in full, with no deductions. This guarantee applies to consumers in Brazil regardless of the language in which they read these terms.
After this 7-day period, you can cancel at any time through the Customer Portal, but there is no prorated refund for the period already paid — your Pro access remains active until the end of the current cycle and, at the end of it (or immediately, in case of payment failure), your account automatically returns to the Free plan.
We reserve the right to adjust plan prices for new billing cycles, with reasonable prior notice to active subscribers.

3. License use

Your Pro license key is personal and non-transferable — do not share it with third parties.
Each license is tied to one browser at a time; you can release it and reactivate it in another browser from the extension itself.
Attempts to bypass license validation (fake keys, reverse engineering of the validation) violate these terms and may lead to revocation of the license without refund.

4. Responsible use

By using LeadZap, you agree to:

Use the extension only with WhatsApp Web accounts you have legitimate access to;
Comply with the Terms of Service of WhatsApp/Meta and of the Chrome Web Store;
Not use the exported data for spam, unsolicited mass messaging, or any practice that violates data protection laws (such as the LGPD) applicable to the data subjects;
Not resell, redistribute or sublicense the extension or Pro access.

You are solely responsible for how you use the data you export — LeadZap is a local extraction tool; any further processing of that data (storage in a CRM, outreach campaigns, etc.) is your responsibility, including compliance with the LGPD/GDPR regarding the data subjects of the exported data.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

LeadZap is provided "as is". It depends on the internal structure of WhatsApp Web, which may change without notice and temporarily affect extraction — we will do our best to keep the extension up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits arising from the use of, or inability to use, LeadZap.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or revoke access for a user who violates these terms (fraudulent use, license sharing, technical abuse), without refund.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of LeadZap after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
